We believe so strongly in our system that we back it with the Can’t-Lose Guarantee.
Here’s exactly how it works:
1. Eligibility
- Guarantee applies only to new paid accounts during their first 30 days of service.
- You must maintain an active paid subscription for the full 30-day period.
2. Your Part
- You agree to comment at least twice on every homeowner post we send you during the 30-day guarantee period.
- The two comments must be made from two different Nextdoor accounts associated with your business (for example: you and an employee, or two distinct business profiles).
- Comments must be relevant and visible on the homeowner’s post (not just “following,” emojis, or single-word fillers).
3. Our Part
- If you meet the requirements above and do not land a job, we will:
- Refund your subscription payment, and
- Pay you an additional $250 cash.
4. Verification
- To request a refund and payout, simply complete the short claim form here: CLAIM REQUEST.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
5. Exclusions
- Guarantee does not apply if you miss even one homeowner post during the 30 days. (We can only guarantee results if you fully participate.)
- Guarantee applies only once, per business.
- Guarantee is limited to the first 30 days of paid service.
6. Payment of Guarantee
- Refunds and payouts are issued within 14 business days after claim approval.
- Payouts are sent via the same method as your subscription payment unless otherwise arranged.
Bottom line: If you show up and do the work, you either get jobs or you get paid. That’s why we call it the Can’t-Lose Guarantee.
